It was brought to my attention, again yesterday, that SV&A & SVMG Team Leaders and members of our administration that were removed from their positions more than a year ago for compromising the security of our company, were still using client contact lists once entrusted to them, to recruit active members into whatever program they may be involved with now. In light of this betrayal, it is important
to know the following:
1. The current administrators of Sheila V. & Associates, LLC, The Marketplace at SV&A, LLC and The SVM Global Freedom has not, nor will we ever authorize any persons or entity to contact you, a client and member of The SVM Global Initiative, without your prior
consent for any matter that is not specific to SV&A and/or SVMG business.
The act of those doing so is not only a breach of the non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement signed by those members once they were appointed as staff, but is also a violation of the CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENTS signed when each member become a client of Sheila V. & Associates, LLC. Be advised that at later date you may be questioned as to whether or not you've received such calls and whom from.
SV&A Client
Contact Lists are proprietary documents and any SV&A Associate Staff Member past or present, using such lists to recruit SV&A clients into other business ventures is against the law in just about every state and country where incorporated business is conducted. Those found to be in breach of contract and/or violating client/members rights to privacy will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law in their state/province and country.

Moving forward: As of May 2016, all current administrators of SV&A have been provided with formal titles, positions, corporate phone extensions, email addresses and work for specific departments.

Private extensions are 3 digit numbers and begin with a 7 (i.e. 700-Shaquana Pacheco, 701-Rev. Sheila V., 702-Kellie Yackee, etc.) A full list of current SV&A Associate Staff Members will be provided in the Team Update Email still to come.
Emails received from current staff members will have one of the following extensions: @sheilavandassociates.com or @svmglobal.org.
To maximize our reach, SV&A staff members will be using various web
based calling applications, such as Skype and Whatsapp, to make free calls when needing to communicate with client/team members for various reasons, however, all landline and mobile calls should only ever come from our corporate number as shown above.
2. I DO NOT HAVE ANY INTENTIONS OF LEADING CLIENTS INTO ANY BUSINESS VENTURES OR SOCIAL MARKETING PROGRAMS BEFORE LAUNCHING THE MARKETPLACE AT SV&A.
I would not introduce a new plan unless we as a company:
a. Have trained associates in place to provide superior service and support to SV&A clients as they learn and grow within the business we had chosen to venture in to;
b. Are assured potential losses from any such venture, would not in any way, negatively impact our team members.
All ventures come with a degree of risk, however, until I know each member
of our team can afford to make monthly payments of any amount or recover from financial losses in excess of $250 without breaking a sweat, I will not support the venturing into businesses or programs outside of SV&A.
3. Anyone choosing to venture
into business opportunities before it is decided that we go in as a team, WILL DO SO
AT THEIR OWN RISK. In the event it is decided we pursue a venture having already registered a number of SV&A clients, those clients will be removed from the FINAL placement spreadsheet for that venture prior to placement. In these cases,
SV&A WILL NOT
assist in the team building of those SV&A client's sales force, however, the firm may still provide
Business Maintenance Services at an additional cost.
