Hello Everyone! When I first began drafting this email last February, the idea was to pull together and share a combination of resources that would help us work easier and accomplish more together as a team. I didn't have a lot of hands on experience with the suggestions I was prepared to make but knew they would be the best given our options. Time has been our friend. Instead of having to make good decisions with the choices at the time I've been able to secure better options. I mentioned on the last conference call that I would be entering everyone, past, present and future, into a Contact Relations Management (CRM) System called Bitrix24. Last week I was introduced to a similar platform, but this one is an affiliate program with a global profit center that creates a passive income for everyone using its resources. I and the CRM system's owner are both firm believers that buyers have just as much right to earn an income from using a product as does the merchant who makes the sale. We will not be signing into this new system for another week, but once we do our projected income streams will multiply several times what we were anticipating from just venturing into The Marketplace. The new CRM contains all the necessary media to help us work closely together (calling, video chat, SMS texting, video messaging, group chats, conference calling, webinars), and grow better.

SV&A is a professional development and business management consulting firm with clientele consisting of independent contractors, distributors, freelance professionals, social marketers, buyers, sellers and other small business owners.

Our professional goal is to help people become financially independent by providing an opportunity for them to "EARN WHILE THEY LEARN" to become successful in business. We do that by perpetuating a consciousness of wealth while promoting the development of any skills or interests we can monetize to ensure the creation of wealth.

SV&A is the first of three business entities that participate in The SVM Global Initiative, a humanitarian, community wealth development project. The second is The Marketplace at SV&A, LLC (TMktP) and third entity is the SVM Global Freedom Fund, which is a charitable foundation that provides funding for people otherwise incapable of affording the cost of becoming clients and benefiting from the income stability and business development support given to all members of The Marketplace.

The objective of the SVM Global Initiative is to systematically eradicate poverty in every community by establishing a first ever global income minimum, sustainable per household, of nine hundred and twenty-nine USD, weekly.  Clients of SV&A pledge to contribute a percentage of their income to The Freedom Fund, monthly, perpetuating our business system to the fulfillment of our mission.

OUR CURRENT STATUS AND THE 2020 PRESIDENCY
We remain one of the world's most dedicated humanitarian businesses capable of eliminating the threat of global collapse by means of ending poverty to strengthen the economy. We have proven our dedication for the sake of the mission and not the money, making us a continuous threat to competitors we more money and less heart, who continue with their cyber-bullying hate-blogging. All that writing and they are still no more to me than just a nuisance. If we were as well funded as they are to keep me under attack, I would have had enough to beat both Hillary and Trump in the last presidential election. Instead, I'll just flip it and let their efforts work in my favor as I run in 2020.

Phase lll: Premier Client Services

3. Receive Invoice for $330 Term: Half a day or five (5) hours of consulting services.

4. Commencement Upon receipt of payment; ending when time is exceeded or 15 past, whichever comes first.

5. Ongoing Services Offered at $110 monthly for each consecutive month of services requested after the 1st 7 days of client services provided by Sheila V. & Associates.

6. Fee IncreaseAfter your monthly income becomes 5x the amount of your current Client Service Level (CSL) the fee for Ongoing Services will increase to the amount of your Current Client Service Level.


Phase lV: Elite Client Services

3. Receive Invoice for $990Term: One full day or ten (10) hours of consulting services.

4. Commencement Upon receipt of payment; ending when time is exceeded or in 30 days, whichever comes first.

5. Ongoing Services Offered at $110 monthly for each consecutive month of services requested after the 1st 30 days of client services provided by Sheila V. & Associates.

6. Ongoing Services Rate IncreaseAfter your monthly income becomes 4x the amount of your current Client Service Level (CSL) the fee for Ongoing Services will increase to the amount of your Current Client Service Level.


Phase V: Client Service UpGrades

3. Receive Invoice for the difference of the Initial Client Service Fee between where you are currently and the level to which you will advance per the following list:

4. Commencement Upon receipt of payment; ending as stipulated on the client service level invoice page to which you are Upgrading.

SVM GLOBAL GIFT CARDS
Each person who purchased a gift card received a credit twice the amount of the card they purchased and that credit was applied to their Monthly Client Service Fees owed for 2016. Any remaining amounts owed will either be added to the SVM Global Gift Cards and mailed to the client. If the gift cards have not been manufactured when it becomes time to send them out the value owed will be added to one of the prepaid debit cards specified in this email.

Future purchases for SVM Global Gift Cards will continue at the "Buy 2 for the price of 1" deal until we launch TMktP at which time the value of the cards will be equal to the purchase price and like all other gift cards, there will be an added fee to load the card.

Monthly Client Service Fees (MCSF) will be invoiced from now on, however, you may find alternative payment solutions in the note section your INVOICE. 4. The latest incentive is the "3 year Anniversary Bonus!" PREPARING FOR LAUNCH
The next few steps will take place within a day or two of each other and in the following order: 

Administratively ~
First -             Is receiving this, The "Big" Email. The information contained within this email is specific to clients of Sheila V. & Associates, LLC. As The Marketplace at SV&A, LLC is a completely separate company, details relating solely to its business affairs will be provided in a separate email. 

Second -    You will receive an updated "Client Service Level Confirmation Letter" email which will inform you of your current "Numbered Position" within the firm. Again, you have one last opportunity to UPGRADE your client service level before your "Numbered Position" becomes fixed. Click here to UPGRADE.

Third -             You will begin to receive invoices for client services 2016. One for January which will reflect the remainder of what was or was not submitted last December, then 1 for every 2 months thereafter, requesting $110 for each less any credits you may have. Each invoice will give you an opportunity to pay a minimum $10. The more you can come up with the faster and further we will go but I understand that many of you are struggling and suffering. If that is the case, all I ask is that you try to at least make one $10 payment, and if you cannot do that then please send me an email explaining your hardship for the record.

Fourth -        You will receive a detailed outline of all questions asked about TMktP to include subscription levels and time lines, services and product submissions, commission structures, distribution and new terms for the Freedom Fund agreement.

Fifth -             I seek to obtain an office and build a staff of associate staff volunteer veterans. Train everyone in preparation for launching TMktP. Assess ability to fund prepaid debit cards with 1st week subscription.

Sixth -             Completing final steps with new IT staff, LAUNCH THE MARKETPLACE!

FUTURE CORRESPONDENCE
It will be necessary for me to be in close contact with you during the launch period, and you in contact with the members of your team, so I created a list of cost effective ways to communicate with each other. The new Client Relations Management (CRM) platform we'll be entering into next  week will allow us to enjoy secure private calls, video chat, send texts and conduct video conference calls for free, but until we've completely switched over to that system the applications I've listed below will allow us the same worldwide reach at little or no cost.

Some of these applications only allow free calling when the person you're calling has downloaded the same app, others will only allow you to call the people in your Smartphone  Contacts. Of the list I am providing below, only download as many applications onto your PC, MAC, Tablet and/or SMART phones as you can handle, then set-up your profiles.

The challenge is that you can only call people that are already in your contacts, there isn't a dialing pad that will allow you to call anyone else. If you want to call someone who is not already in your contacts you will have to add them first and wait until it uploads to WhatsApp before you can call them. So, it helps but is not a requirement, that the members of your immediate team of 4, wherever they're in the world, have WhatsApp installed.
