Hi ,
Please accept my apologies for having to cancel the conference call scheduled for this evening. The call needs to
come after you've received information I haven't been able to prepare because of the number of presentations I've scheduled for last, and this week. The purpose of the presentations is to formally introduce ourselves to organizations having expressed interests in supporting our efforts after hearing my elevator pitch. Ultimately, we hope to encourage their board of directors to help fund veterans wanting to become clients of Sheila V. & Associates.
Needless to say, I am not
able to get as much done paperwork-wise on the days I have scheduled presentations, so it seems I'm either always behind on my paperwork or not doing enough to further relations we need to sustain our business. I need help getting the invoices out but for security reason can only allow 2 staff members to assist, one of which is not available because she recently lost a family loved one and the other not as available because our schedules continue to conflict. I'll have to finish a large portion
of the work on my own, but it is getting done.
The rest of the day will be spent as was the weekend, responding to your emails and phone calls, then recording responses to the CSLCU letters and finally, working on getting the invoices out. Afterwards, I will be loading everyone into the CRM.
