The following is a written explanation of what the "Big Push" is and why it's necessary to make it work to ensure April 7th Launch.
POSSIBILITY OF FUNDING BY INVESTORS
As you may already be aware, I've met with several investors over the last couple weeks who all agree our initiative is unlike
any business plan they've seen in their combined 150 years of experience. One team's advisor is a business admin professor for a nationally known university, the other a 40 year sales executive for several Fortune 500 companies and a couple professional athletes turned venture capitalist. During the course of the meetings,I was asked the same 3 questions:
Q1: If I have over 700 Active Clients, most of whom are either unwilling or unable to pay $10 a month, how is that to work in their favor? The underlying question being, how were they going to get paid.
Q2: What good is it to have over $600K in receivables if I refuse to
aggressively pursue collection?
Q3: If my clients are only interested in SV&A to get to TMktP then why should they invest in SV&A? The second part of that being none of the investors were interested in investing in my Costa Rican business.
As much as I would
like the quick fix of a hefty cash infusion, these encounters remind me of why I don't want to rely on anyone outside ourselves to get TMktP launched, thus we now have the "THE BIG $10 PUSH."
WHAT IS THE
$10 PUSH?
I'm asking every to make their best effort to pay at least $10 one time this month. If everyone paid $10 once we would have $7,000. Ultimately, I'm hoping everyone put in $10 a week for the last 4 weeks of March, but for those that are really strapped, paying $10 once this month would still help us reach our goal.
We currently have just over
700 clients active and in good standing, meaning having verified their CSL with SV&A. If everyone responded we would have $28K by March 31st, but I would be just as happy with half of that.
PAYING WITH YOUR INVOICES
Payment should be made by way of your existing invoices allowing your payments to both count
towards your invoice and your participation in the PUSH!
THESE ARE OUR NEEDS IN ORDER OF PRIORITY:
- $1,398 - First pay monthly and pressing yearly operating
expenses
- $1,500 deposit - Second pay programmers to finish building TMktP’s front and back offices.
- $1,500
- Complete filming for videos to counter effects of existing blog attacks
- $5,000 - ($2,500 past due - $2,500 retainer) Pay our attorney to counter future attacks.
- $1,000 - $2,000 - Pay our CPA to finish my financials to assist me in being approved for more than a $50K business loan.
- $2,500 - Acquire an office, furniture and supplies. As a member of the Veteran’s Employment Committee I have pick of the
best available clients in my community but I have nowhere to put them so we can work and grow efficiently.
KEEPING THE TEAM IN THE LOOP
To keep the entire team in the loop regarding the potential for meeting our monetary goals I’ve offered to send a daily report of the amount we’ve received. I'll provide you
with running tallies through each week and a Total for the week during the next Monday night conference call, at the same time, you yourselves can do the math as we go.
The March 6th conference call has greater details, however feel free to contact me personally if you
have more questions. Also, since we are so close to launch PRIORITY CLIENTS can still take advantage of Upgrading to Elite for the minimum $110 payment.
Results of $10 PUSH payments for the following
days:
Monday, March 6th $ 90
Tuesday, March 7th $150
Wednesday, March 8th $400
Thursday, March 9th $ 50
$690
We're just shy of $7,000, but there's still 3 days left in the week and I'm feeling optimistic . . . LET'S FINISH STRONG, THEN DO IT AGAIN NEXT WEEK!!! :) Again, totals for each week will be given during Monday conference
calls.
In addition to what we received towards the PUSH, we've also received $270 in payments towards invoices and $110 for one UPGRADE to ELITE.
FYI: I have meetings all morning, then Veteran's Justice Outreach/Veteran's Treatment Court (VJO/VTC) tomorrow which is how I end my Fridays, so
I'll be reachable again on Saturday.
