INTRODUCTION RTLC is an affordable cryptocurrency education system and peer-to-peer donation platform we use to help our members fund their professional interests and personal needs. You donate to a cause and by doing so place yourselves in a position to receive up to 243x your initial donation.

How do our cryptocurrency crowdfunding platforms differ from popular sites like Kickstarter and GoFundMe? The giving goes both ways as participants are systematically positioned while performing a series of Upgrades consistently requiring an increase in donations each time the receipt of donations reaches a milestone marker.
GOALS Starting with an
initial contribution of $40, our funding goal for each participant is approximately $400K. THIS IS A GOAL NOT A GUARANTEE!!! Step 3. Make Your 1st Donation. After saving your Litecoin Wallet Receive Address in your back office the next step will be to UPGRADE YOUR POSITION by making your first/Level 1 donation. The shaded area will tell you your Level, how much to donate, and point you to whom the donation is to be made. Simply copy the Litecoin Receive Address provided, paste and send it from your wallet to your PEER. Once your donation is made the "your" Litecoin Receive Address will appear in the back office of the next 3 people participating in our
crowdfunding effort.
Step 4. Confirm Your Transactions. This is the FINAL STEP. Donations are made PEER to PEER, from you directly to a participant whom you may or may not know, so the only way to prove you made the donation is to confirm your transaction by submitting the Transaction or Hash ID# under the shaded
area labeled STEP 2. After each confirmation the shaded area label STEP 1 will verify your existing Level by displaying the next Level you'll need to UPGRADE.
Step 5. Repeat Steps 3 & 4. Basically, THAT'S IT! Pay the yearly fee, add your wallet address, make a donation, confirm the transaction and you'll be advance to the next level up. Repeat Steps 3 &
4 until you reach Level 5, and within a matter of weeks if not days, you could raise as little or much as $322K to fund your project, cause or personal needs.
