REFUNDS, CREDITS & INCENTIVES
Everyone having contributed to SVM Global's growth and success between October 31, 2013 and October 31, 2019 WILL BE REFUNDED.
All payments received, purchases made, and credits have been applied to 2016 invoices, full payment of Elite Client Service Level and 2017 invoices. All payments and purchases made by clients who have terminated their client/consulting agreements will be
refunded in full, plus 15% after a successful launch of The Marketplace at SV&A, LLC. Next launch is scheduled for Friday, September 13, 2019.
Most incentives provided to clients of Sheila V. & Associates are in the way of priority placement within the firm. Priority
placement is determined by client service level and Good Standing as a client of the firm.
A client's Good Standing is measured by the amount of support given freely, to assist fellow associates after launching into new ventures, by the efforts made to complete the payment of 2016 invoices, and pay off their Elite Client Service Level in
full.
The first invoices for Monthly Client Service Fees (MCSF) were generated via PayPal in December 2015, for services provided in the
month of December 2015. Soon after, six (6) more invoices were generated at $110 each, totaling $660 for the Year 2016. In the first quarter of 2018, a new set of invoices were generated by our new Square Cash pay processor to replace the invoices that were first generated by PayPal. The Square Cash invoices show the seven total invoices combined onto one. The total number of payments received have also been applied to the one (1) invoice and are detailed as
follows;
Financial contribution made by clients of SV&A prior to December 2015. All financial contributions paid to SV&A to help launch
TMktP, to include participation in fundraisers and the purchasing of SVM Global Gift Cards was credited to the total amount owed in client service fees from December 1, 2015 to December 31,2016. Other credits added to invoices are compensation for the amount of time a client has been with the firm.
*Initial Client Service Fees (ICSF ), meaning the amount you paid to obtain your Clients Service Level (Priority Standard, Premier or Elite) is not reflected on the invoice(s) for your MCSF. If you are a Premier having paid the ICSF of $330
and see a Payment/Comp for $330 on your invoice it is likely that, at some point you made a $110 payment towards your invoices, then I comped you $110 in appreciation for your Level as a Premier, and another $110 for being a client in Good Standing at the time the comp was awarded.
The credits applied to invoices for 2017 will be any amount spent or donated by those having participated in BitFundZa and RTLC. If
you donated up to Level 3 in BitFundZa you will receive a credit of at least $300 towards the $660 owed on your invoice for the year. Clients will receive up to $300 for participating in BitFundZa and up to $150 for both attempts at participating in Ride The Litecoin (RTLC).
Some clients have put so much into trying to help make BitFundza and RTLC work for all of us, they could be credited up
to 80% of the total amount owed on their 2017 invoices.
The next to highest level of achievement for clients of SV&A and top 50 positions within the firm is "AMBASSADOR!" Ambassadors are Elites who have paid in full for their client service level, as well as, have paid in full for the total amount owed on their Monthly Client Service Fee (MCSF) invoices for 2016.
The highest level achievable and top 25 positions within the firm, of which we already have 10 people, are now regarded as equity
stake holders in Sheila V. & Associates, LLC and will share in the projected income of its first year working at full capacity.
