Hi ! Just A Little Update

When Brad Dixon and I first agreed to announce the launch date of December 1st, we did so without consulting with Mark Hultgren. He actually had to leave for a conference on the day and will not be returning home until this evening. We'll continue with our launch efforts as soon as he gets settled in.
I had a very enlightening meditation this morning making it easier to complete some of the work necessary to compensate for the massive number of people coming in just after launch. Look forward to major changes to the website.
Also, the Evoice system we employ to route all our incoming calls is and has not been working as well as it should for several months now. I apologize for all the trouble you've had reaching me and other members of the staff. I'll be changing the settings for everyone of the extensions to ring me directly if and/or when the person you're trying to reach doesn't answer the phone. Quality customer service is to me, one of the most important aspects of a sound and solid, reputable company and so far our rating, in my opinion has been "very poor." You can look forward to better service in the near future.
We have two new staff members native to where our office is located here in Costa Rica:
Jetty Murillo Garcia is the new Administrative Manager for The Marketplace At SV&A office. Jetty speaks English fluently, has worked for several government entities, and operated many small businesses throughout the country. Jetty is not just an asset, she's an ally. I've learned more about doing business in Costa Rica in the 1st two days of her training in the office than I have from my attorney in 6 months.
Francis Bragg is our new Administrative Assistant. She understands more English than she speaks (so go easy on her when you call), is very excited to be as helpful as she can and eager to learn everything there is to know about our business. Be sure to give them the same warm welcome you would on our Facebook page when you speak to them for the 1st time.
I've installed a MagicJack so the best number to reach us here is: (347) 779-8096. Francis is here from 9am to 6pm and I get in around 10:30am CST.
Call if you need me but keep in mind that I want to stay focused on the launch til it's done. I don't plan on scheduling a conference call til after everyone's in but I will if I feel it's necessary.
