A significant staff change took place today and Sheila thought it important
for you to have the information as soon as possible. Nicholas Salmas sent Sheila an email message this morning requesting to terminate his client/consultant agreement, then asked for a refund of his Elite Client Service fee. As head of the SV Zing Team and second, only to Sheila V. on the executive staff, Nicholas has been placed in one of the top 5 positions going into every affiliate program we've ventured into up until now. The commission payments he's received have, at the very least covered
the cost of his Elite Client Service fee, and will continue to line his pockets, whether active or inactive as our team grow, therefore, he is not eligible and will not be receiving a refund.
During the coup d'etat last November, Nicholas led Sheila to believe he was in danger of suffering the wrath of Ed Mercer's if he didn't cooperate with whatever was being asked by him at the time. Believing his story, she forgave him for his part in the assault and restored his rights and privileges to demonstrate
her resolve. What was surmised today is that Nicholas' loyalties are now, and have always been to Ed Mercer first. We do not know to what degree he, himself intended to harm the company, but the matter will become a case to be settled in court someday and the details are sure to come to light, then.
Moving forward, it is important to know that Nicholas Salmas is no longer The SV Zing Team Leader, so please DO NOT reach out to him for support on any issue you may have regarding the policies, procedures or status of Sheila V. &
Associates and it's clients, The Marketplace at SV&A and its members or The Freedom Fund and $0 Program Participation. The company team leader position will remain unfilled until after we have completed The Marketplace launch.
