until our programmer changes the page, if you log in and all you see is Pay Pal email, please wait until you see Pay Pal or Solid Trust Pay email. If our programmer changes that to STP Username, you will see that option.

If it changes to STP User name, you will see that instead of email. Please
enter NOTHING until it mentions both payment processors in that top line under affiliate settings.
In Summary:
We are making either Solid Trust Pay or Pay Pal Available to our clients. This offers a solution to our clients that are in countries or states where this is needed.
Please follow these steps:
Please note: If you log in and all it says is Pay Pal Email, that means it is NOT ready yet. Please wait, if that is the case.
1. Log into your Delavo back office if you have access now. If you do not yet have your log in info, please save these instructions for when you do.
2. Go to Profile and then Click on Affiliate
Settings.
3. In the top line you will see Pay Pal OR Solid Trust Pay email (or username) please put only what it requests. Please put your email or username for stp and email for paypal in that box for the payment processor that you are choosing to use. It would be helpful, but not essential, that they have separate
emails.
4. Press Save.
5. When payouts begin, you will receive an email from the company you chose.
6. If in the future, if you choose to change to the other processor, you will simply log in to your affiliate settings and put the correct information for that company and hit save.
