Here is the replay info for the Wednesday Night Call (3-4-15).

Delavo Updates:

1. Not all members have been approved, in Delavo, which is a term that means moving you into your position and client level.  If you have not been, you will not really see anything after you log in and go to your affiliate link (If you have been given your log in info). If that is the case, just check in a couple days.
2. A number of members, once they were approved, did not change their aol, hotmail, etc emails, that were not working to a gmail, etc, that would, and there are limitations there as you will not receive emails form the system. Once you can log in, please change your emails from those to a new gmail, yahoo, etc. email by login at http://svmglobal.org/is/ using the AOL or Hotmail account and the password svm123 - then you can change to a Gmail account and change your password. 
3. If you have not gotten a log in, you are probably among those that have not been added yet or approved. Please watch for emails to come with more information and a link to activate.
4. If you have previously been able to login to Delavo and now it gives you a message that the password is incorrect, please use the Lost Password form to get your updated password sent to your email, then you will be able to login and change your password.
5. As Mark goes through and updates each account, some will get notifications of a role that was rejected. This simply means that your account has been updated and certain roles removed. The 'Role' is what level client you are Standard, Premier, Elite or Program Participant. Everyone was imported as Program Participants (to start with) and those that have a higher rating (standard, premier, and Elite) are getting the notices that the Program Participant Role was rejected. This is nothing to reply to or be worried about! It is a good thing and shows steps have been made on your account!
6. If you can not login, and have tried the Lost Password option and get an "Unauthorized Error" then your  account has not been completed yet. Please wait. Again, this is for DELAVO and NOT The Marketplace.
7. If you previously could log in, you might not be able to now after the role rejections. Please use the reset password option to reset it.
8. Just keep watching for an email (and make sure to check your Spam/Junk email) for a confirmation email. If you do not click the link in that confirmation email, your account inside Delavo will NOT be activated.The subject line for the confirmation email is either SVMGlobal Registration or for the earlier ones Registration
9. One approved, please log in and look for your affiliate settings. There is a line that says Paypal Email. We are using both PayPal and STP. Please put the email of the processor you want to use in that line.    THEN, if you are using STP, follow these instructions to set your STP user name:

>IF you have your login info for Delavo,  login and in your Profile, you should see an option for Paypal Email. Regardless of whether you are going to use STP or Paypal, We need you to fill in the email address you want paid to in the box next to PayPal Email. When payments are run, they will be submitted to STP FIRST and any accounts that were not accepted by STP will be flagged, and those emails will then be run through Paypal to get paid.

1. Click on the Promote Menu Item

2. Click On Links in the Promote Menu

3. Click on Customize next to any product in the list

4. At the bottom you will see a line that says "Just my STP User Name". Please copy your STP username in over the top of that. 

5. SAVE and Close.

Another call is scheduled for Monday night. This might change, depending upon Sheila's schedule. Please watch for an email if it changes.
