Launch has begun! This email  contains info that will be of assistance to you. Please read it very carefully.

Tonight, emails started going out to the new names that are being imported into the Delavo system!! That is step one.  Step Two, is an email that will come to you to give you log in to The Marketplace. Step 1 is first.. then Step 2. Please watch closely for those. Watch your spam also.

1. First, there are two main websites that most members are waiting to get into, one is Delavo and the other is The Marketplace. It is important to remember these things:

a. They are NOT the same site.

b. First, if you have not already, you will get an email to enter Delavo. It is very important that once you get that email, that you click the link, go to it and enter. Once inside, you can look for:

* Customer Settings and add your physical address in the Billing Address section.

* Go to Login Settings. If you have these emails addresses (aol, earthlink,sbcglobal) get a free gmail account and change it to that immediately. You will not receive emails from Delavo without that change. Watch for the email that will come that will require you to click a link to confirm the change.

* If you have access to the Affiliate Settings Look at the Welcome Page on Delavo and Follow those directions to add your payment processor information (STP or Paypal). If you do NOT see affiliate settings yet, you will. Just wait.

* If your family or friends all signed up on the same email, only one member will be confirmed on that address. The other accounts will need to be assigned to a new email to get started in Delavo. ..Here is what you need to do, if that was the case each member that used the same email, needs to get a free gmail account and then email Mark with the first and last name and the new email to  webmaster@svmglobal.org  After that, wait for an email from Delavo.

2. Product Submission: Until The Marketplace is open and you have your login, use this link to submit your product and services: https://sheilavandassociates.com/product-submission/  Please follow the directions on the form on this page to submit your product. USE YOUR FULL NAME WHEN FILLING OUT THE FORM. 

*Often, the reason it does not go through when submitted, is that the image you are using is too large. Watch for that error at the top and resize your image. The largest that the image can be is 1024 KB max. That is usually the problem  Look at the properties of the picture to see how large it is and reduce it.

*If the page is buffering, please come back and try again later.

* If you get a 504 error, refresh the page.

*An email does not go out afterwards, currently, but there will be an message on the screen that says Submission Successful, if it was.

* You will see grey letters in the form. Remember, these are just examples. Please type your own information in!

* Please have your product or service submitted by June 9.
