Now that everyone is inside Delavo, or will be shortly, I have opened the Support Desk for members only. Using this will help me and you as you will get a response when
you submit a ticket and I will be able to track and get notified of every submittal.
Starting today, please submit ALL support and Questions to the Support Desk. I will no longer answer emails to webmaster or requests made in chats. This will allow me to track the requests and take them in the order received.
The ticket system applies to those also
requesting entry into The Marketplace that are already in Delavo. You will no longer write webmaster for that, but will use the ticket system.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your ticket to be answered this next week while I catch up on past emails. After that, tickets should be answered in about 12-24 hours. If your role has not yet been reset or assigned you may not see your tickets, but I will be able to. There is no need to be concerned about that.
