Delavo:
1. Mark asked that those that are still using Hotmail, SBCGlobal and AOL email addresses in Delavo, and you have an account, please log in and change to a gmail address. If you have those other domains, you will NOT receive emails from Delavo.
>>You can easily change your emails inside Delavo. You just need to go to your
profile, fill in their new email and then type in your password in both boxes and click save. Then watch for a confirmation email. You need to click to confirm. When you change your email in Delavo, a message will pop up telling you to click the link in the email, but this step appears to often be missed so please watch for that.
2. Please
submit ALL support questions to the Support Desk.
Mark will no longer answer emails to webmaster or requests made in chats. This will allow him to track the requests and take them in the order received. Tickets should be answered in about 12-24 hours. If your role has not yet been reset or assigned you may not see your tickets, but he will be able to. There is no need to be concerned
about that.
