Additionally, here are a few posts made by Mark this morning that are very important.
1. When you submit a support ticket to Delavo, please wait up to 24 hours for a reply, Submitting multiple tickets on the same item will only slow your response down. I have one
member that has submitted over 200 support tickets this morning on the same subject. Once you click the Submit button, you will see a message above your ticket stating the ticket has been submitted.
2. The affiliate settings will return once I have the final spreadsheet from Sheila so I can ensure that everyone has been placed in the proper position
3. Listen to the call recordings and most answers are either there or in the Facebook group
page.
You cannot access your marketplace account yet mainly because there is nothing to see or do there in the
member's area. Product submissions have not been reviewed yet so nothing has been posted.
