I wanted to let you know I have begun sending the following emails:
1.) Welcome to SVM Global Initiative/Delavo
(These will only be sent to people listed in Delavo)
2.) Welcome to SVM Global Initiative/Not In Delavo
(These will only be sent to people who have signed up for client services or $0 (Zero Dollar) Program Participation, but for some reason are not yet in Delavo).
3.) Client Service Level Confirmation & Upgrade
(These have been sent to everyone on my Master Spreadsheet, both clients and $0 PPs. It provides your Numbered Position within Sheila V. & Associates and explains the importance of
Upgrading before entering The Marketplace to improve your number before it becomes fixed).
4.) Product Submission Confirmation
(These have only
been sent to people who have completed and sent in Product Submission Forms. I'm send one confirmation per email address. If you have made several submissions using only one email address you will receive one confirmation. If you have listed a different email address for each of your submissions, you will receive a confirmation for each email you’ve listed.)
5.) Request for Full Name
(These will only be sent to people who have signed up for client services or $0 (Zero Dollar) Program Participation using an initial in place of their First or Last Names. These people may be entered into Delavo and receive consulting services but will not be able to
participate in any programs until their full names are registered within the system.)
EMAILS SENT LAST FRIDAY
I have sent Product Submission Confirmations for all forms I have on record. If you have completed a Product Submission Form and DID NOT receive this latest confirmation email, please let me know.
From now on, each time a Product Submission Form is
submitted a page will populated confirming receipt of your submission, so moving forward, there will be no need for me to send a separate notice, confirming receipt of your Product Submission Forms.
I have also sent Welcome Emails to everyone NOT IN Delavo. The email will explain the next step.
WHY EVERYONE DOESN'T RECEIVE THEIR EMAIL AT THE SAME TIME
There are
3,600 emails to be sent out, I have only completed 1,500 and of those 100 have bounced back. We are currently in the process of RESENDING those 100 to keep everyone caught up. I feel it's important you understand the process for future reference.
When sending one email to thousands of people, we use a system called Aweber. It's associated with the "Sign up for more information" form on the Welcome page of the SVMG website and connected to Delavo. This allows everyone to
receive the same email at the same time.
When sending thousands of emails tailored specifically to each individual receiving them, we have to use a different mass mailing system. These types of systems are often classified by various ISPs (Internet Service Providers-AOL, SBCGlobal.net, etc.) as SPAM, and causes outgoing email to bounce-back "return-to-sender" before it reaches your IN-BOX. This explains why you receive all of your notifications from SVMG, but may not
have received the email I've been trying to get to you the last few days.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR ISP (INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER)
The most accepting ISP is GMAIL. For those of you who have received your tailored email but had trouble accessing the attached pdf file, try opening it again in Google Chrome.
The following are a list of ISPs that will not
accept the mass mailing of your individually tailored emails. If you use one of these ISPs, it may be a good idea to also create and provide use with a GMAIL address to avoid this problem in the future:

Some Gmail addresses did bounce back. Mark
then informed me that mass mailing systems often have a 24-character limit on the email addresses they choose to accept. It so happens, the Gmail addresses that bounced back were more than 20-characters long, including the ISP extensions. Please pay attention to these details when creating a new email address, if that is what you choose to do.
