Hey ,

I'm stuck in a meeting and it doesn't look like I'll make it home in time to give tonight's scheduled conference call. It also looks like I'll be out of the country new week, so I need to finish what I'm doing before leaving.

Let's reschedule for this Wednesday, August 5th, and I'll probably be sending more informative emails between now and then.

I apologize for the last minute cancellation but I am where you would want me to be right now.
