There is some confusion about the two different systems we use to send emails. I am hoping that this might help clarify these for everyone.
1. Aweber: Aweber is our email system that we use to contact our clients concerning updates, call schedules
and replay information, as well as other general types of updates. If you are receiving this email, you ARE on our Aweber list. ALL clients need to be on our Aweber system, so please help those that you help to join to get on our email system.
- To sign up, go to any place on the SheilavandAssociates website that asks if you want information and insert your name and email. The easiest place to go is here http://sheilavandassociates.com/info-and-updates/
- After
submitting your information, click the confirmation link on the email that will come and you are set.
- If you ever need to use a new email, simply submit a new email address using the same steps.
- If you want to end one email from getting the information, click the
unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email that comes to you by that address.
- This system is not as sensitive to email domains and most domains will receive emails on it, but we do suggest the use of Gmail.
2. The other system that sends out emails is Delavo. The only individuals that receive emails via Delavo are those that are clients and have login information to that site.
- If you are in Delavo, you would have received a log in at this link http://svmglobal.org/is/
- This system is VERY email domain sensitive. The use of emails with these domains, among others, will cause you not to receive emails from Delavo. These include, but are not limited to: aol, earthlink,and sbcglobal. You need to have an email that allows you to get emails from Delavo.
- We highly recommend registering for a free Gmail email at WWW.Gmail.com to ensure that you will receive emails from Delavo. This is very important!
- Important: >>>>>>To change your Delavo email, go to the login page and log in. Then go to Profile > then >>Login Settings.
- Insert your new email address in the email line and save.
- ESSENTIAL: An email will come back to you asking you to confirm the email change. Please click the link in that email!
- The next time you log in to Delavo, use the new email to log in with and you are set!
Thanks for taking the time to read all of this. We hope that if you are using an email in Delavo that is not allowing you to receive emails, please change it to a gmail email.
